About us

Mia is a passionated architect and certified vinyasa, restorative and nidra yoga teacher from Atman Yoga School. Her classes combine yoga philosophy with physical practice and invite moments of reflection. With a deep curiosity for bodily awareness and spatial experience, she creates playful yet grounding practices. Alongside her regular classes, Mia curates workshops that encourage reconnection through movement — letting the body offer new perspectives the mind can benefit from.

Farina is a visual artist, trained architect, and certified aromatherapist educated through the School for Aromatics. Her work explores how scent, space, and sensory awareness support presence and wellbeing. Recently graduated, she now shares her knowledge through workshops that combine yoga and aromatherapy in collaboration with other teachers. Farina’s work invites a deeper sense of presence and connection through sensory experience and mindful attention.
