I trust my own timing.
Life doesn’t always move in straight lines. Sometimes it bends, angles, feels unexpected — yet it’s still aligned, because every turn is part of your path.
A question for you:
Where in your life can you widen the context (meaning expanding the timeline) and let things unfold in their own time?
A scent tip:
Place a drop of Geranium oil on your wrist and inhale slowly. Geranium eases chronic or acute worry about the future, and brings calm, centeredness and compassion.
INTENTION

I allow myself to dream.
Dreams can feel exciting, but they can also feel risky, because if we allow ourselves to dream, we also risk being disappointed. Yet holding back doesn’t protect us, it only keeps us small. Opening space for your dreams is opening space for possibility.
A question for you:
Are you holding back a dream to protect yourself from possible disappointment?
A scent tip:
Place a drop of Clary Sage and a drop of Sweet Orange on a small woolen ball and inhale deeply. Clary Sage clears the mind and opens space for vision and new possibilities. Sweet Orange is uplifting and expansive, bringing optimism and playfulness. Together, they shift focus from fear of disappointment toward curiosity and joy. Keep the woolen ball in your pocket so you literally carry your dreams with you.
HEALING

I fill my own cup.
The most important well you can tend to is the one within yourself.
When your cup runs dry, exhaustion and overwhelm quietly seep into everything else —
your patience, your clarity, your presence.
Real self-care begins with giving yourself what replenishes you.
A question for you:
Where do you rely on others or things to feel whole?
A scent tip:
Ylang Ylang, distilled from the flower, supports self-love, compassion, and inner trust.
It can release endorphins, calm the body, and gently activate your senses at the same time. It’s also known as a natural aphrodisiac.
For a warm aroma compress, add 5 drops to warm (not boiling) water, soak a cloth, wring gently, and place it on your chest. Enjoy the scent, the weight, and the warmth until the cloth cools to body temperature. Repeat 3–4 times.
RELATION

I choose people that choose me.
The power of being reflected and chosen back is undeniable. And when someone doesn’t choose you, it’s an invitation to choose yourself. That’s where you win.
A question for you:
When others don’t choose you, do you choose yourself, or try to win them over and lose yourself?
A scent tip:
Make a cup of Chamomile tea and inhale the steam before sipping. Chamomile soothes when you feel sensitive or misunderstood. Finding your people takes time — let go of those who don’t choose you, so you make space for the ones who do.
