REFLECTION CARDS

This edition explores authenticity.

These 33 cards are small helpers to bring you back to your most authentic self. Each one carries a piece of my artwork, where shapes, colors, and words invite you to notice: are you acting from your own truth, or from external voices, expectations, or fear? Feeling aligned and connected to yourself takes awareness and consistency. These cards are here to remind you of those small acts of awareness, one moment at a time.

In this booklet, each card is paired with:

  • A grounding affirmation

  • A few words on the theme behind the affirmation

  • A reflective question to guide you toward honest examples in your life

  • A suggested essential oil to engage your senses and anchor the reflection in your body

I hope the cards support you in being boldly honest with yourself, right here, right now.

TRUST

I trust my own timing.

Life isn’t always straight lines, sometimes it’s angled, unexpected, yet still aligned.

Question for reflection:

Where in your life can you widen the context (meaning expanding the timeline) and let things unfold in their own time?

Scented experience:

Place a drop of Geranium oil on your wrist and inhale slowly. Geranium eases chronic or acute worry about the future, and brings calm, centeredness and compassion.

I allow what is with no resistance.

Some paths feel heavy, others light. Some run alongside each other. But no matter how they look, they keep unfolding. There’s a curiosity in acceptance, even when the path feels unclear. Just keep walking.

Question for reflection:

Which situation in your life are you struggling to accept right now? And what might you be trying to protect by resisting it?

Scented experience:

Make a full-body bath at 32–40 °C and immerse yourself for 20 minutes or less. Once settled in the water, add a few drops of Lavender oil. Its calming, soothing, and balancing aroma supports deep relaxation.

I trust my own way of doing things.

Think of eating pasta without parmesan, drinking coffee at night, or wearing sneakers to a fancy dinner. Being strong isn’t defined by following strict rules or staying carefully in balance all the time.

Question for reflection:

You don’t have to do it the ‘right’ way. Where are you trying to follow someone else’s recipe?

Scented experience:

Stand over freshly ground coffee and inhale deeply. Coffee at night energy. Break the rules on purpose. Let that rich, dark note remind you to do it your way today.

I allow plans to change with ease.

Life rarely turns out exactly how we pictured it. Success isn’t about forcing the original plan through. It’s about adapting to the process as it unfolds.

Question for reflection:

Where are you holding onto how things “should” turn out, just to feel like you’ve succeeded?

Scented experience:

Massage a drop of Cypress oil diluted in a tablespoon of carrier oil (like Jojoba oil) into your wrists or ankles. Cypress is known for supporting circulation in the body and mirrors life’s natural flow.

I am surrounded by opportunities and they gonna light up when the timing is right.

Sometimes it feels like you’re stuck, as if nothing is moving forward. But often it’s not about lack — it’s about timing. Opportunities arise when you’re ready to meet them. Trust that your mind and body will know when it’s time to act, and until then, let yourself be where you are.

Question for reflection:

Can you shift from fear of missing out to trust in timing? Where might you be holding onto lack?

Scented experience:

Light a candle and add 1–2 drops of Frankincense onto the wax. Frankincense beautifully connects mind and body, heightens spiritual awareness, and stills the mind. It supports trust and inner vision, allowing everything to simply be for now.

I allow myself to fail.

Sometimes reaching the lowest point in a situation isn’t bad, but rather a win. So to fail is actually to succeed, it’s a step forward.

Question for reflection:

Which recent failure can you celebrate?

Scented experience:

Helichrysum supports heavy emotions like grief, fear, and anger. When failure triggers shame or fear of loss, this scent helps soften and steady you. The oil is also widely loved in skincare. Make a simple face oil so you inhale as you apply for a double benefit.

Recipe: 30 ml jojoba oil 6–9 drops Helichrysum, 1% dilution

I trust my own voice.

A bay is a sheltered space, holding water and calming the waves. In the same way, your voice rests in a safe inner harbor, waiting to flow outward to meet the ocean of other voices and expectations.

Question for reflection:

Do you ever feel like you don’t sound like yourself, like you’re repeating someone else? What outside voices do you need to quiet so your own words can carry out clearly from that calm inner space?

Scented experience:

Bring fresh Eucalyptus into your shower and let the steam release its scent. It clears the airways and sharpens your focus so your voice can flow.

It’s safe not to know what comes next.

Not knowing what comes also means, anything can happen. What if it could become even better than you ever imagined? Our imagination is limited to what we know, but our possibilities are not.

Question for reflection:

Where are you hesitating because the next step feels uncertain and scary?

Scented experience:

Inhale Lavender. It eases fear, extreme emotions, and anxiety, and supports restful sleep often disrupted when trying to control outcomes.

Prepare a facial steam: bring 4 cups of water to a boil, let it cool for 5–10 minutes, add 2–5 drops of Lavender essential oil, lean over the bowl, place a towel over your head, and inhale for 3–5 minutes.

I surrender to the bigger vision.

How often do we loose perspective when we fight the battle in front of us. Stop fighting. There is a plan. Give it space. Allow it to unfold. Trust.

Question for reflection:

Where can you let go of detailed plans and trust it opens space for something bigger?

Scented experience:

Make yourself a cup of herbal tea and drink it while looking out the window at the sky.

INTENTION

I use my time with intention.

Maintain balance between what you give and what you take. Honor your own valuable time and remember: If you don’t have a plan yourself, you fit perfectly into everybody else’s plan.

Question for reflection:

Where can you intentionally create a pocket of time for yourself today, rather than letting life simply fill your schedule?

Scented experience:

Warm a drop of Frankincense between your palms. Cup your hands over your nose and mouth and take three slow breaths before your next task or invitation. Its fresh, earthy, woody scent helps you turn inward, listen, and choose from that quiet, honest place instead of being pulled into stress or distraction.

I am holding my own promises.

Each time you keep a promise to yourself, your self-trust grows stronger. Distractions will always be there, but finding back to your own intention is what builds confidence.

Question for reflection:

Where are you bending your boundaries? And how does it make you feel when you don’t follow through?

Scented experience:

Juniper Berry helps break through psychological stagnation and consolidates will-power. It blends beautifully together with Rosemary and Grapefruit to add another layer of clarity, focus and lightness.

I allow myself to dream.

Dreams can feel exciting, but they can also feel risky, because if we allow ourselves to dream, we also risk being disappointed. Yet holding back doesn’t protect us, it only keeps us small. Opening space for your dreams is opening space for possibility.

Question for reflection:

Are you holding back a dream to protect yourself from possible disappointment?

Scented experience:

Place a drop of Clary Sage and a drop of Sweet Orange on a small woolen ball and inhale deeply. Clary Sage clears the mind and opens space for vision and new possibilities. Sweet Orange is uplifting and expansive, bringing optimism and playfulness. Together, they shift focus from fear of disappointment toward curiosity and joy. Keep the woolen ball in your pocket so you literally carry your dreams with you.

My intentions create my reality.

Focus gives direction. Without it, you drift. Like sharp contrasts in a picture, your intentions define what comes into view and what fades into the background.

Question for reflection:

What reality are you unconsciously creating by not choosing clearly?

Scented experience:

For clarity in setting intentions, diffuse Eucalyptus into the air. Sit for a couple of minutes in silence, taking in the distinct fresh scent to clear your head. Afterwards, write down what feels most important right now — one or two things or feelings you truly want to create. The ritual of clearing and then writing helps your mind and body align with your intentions.

I focus on diving deeper into what comes naturally to me.

Roots don’t grow by force — they deepen naturally, into the soil that sustains them. The same is true for you: growth comes from following what already feels alive, not by pushing into what resists.

Question for reflection:

Where are you pushing for progress instead of flowing with what comes easily?

Scented experience:

5 senses grounding practice: Focus on what is already in front of you, letting it come to you instead of chasing. Notice 5 things you see, 4 textures you touch, 3 sounds you hear, 2 scents you smell, and 1 flavor you taste. You don’t have to search — these things are already here, naturally meeting you.

I am brave. I take decisions and I follow through.

Bravery isn’t just the moment of deciding — it’s the momentum that follows. Like a body twisting into motion, once you’ve chosen, the strength comes from staying with it.

Question for reflection:

What decision is waiting for you? Can you commit and fully stand behind it?

Scented experience:

Add a bit of Ginger to your life, a few slices in your tea, in a meal, or as an essential oil. Its warmth awakens inner fire, sparking self-confidence and fuels momentum to help you follow through, even when motivation feels low.

I am using my power from a place of calmness and patience.

True strength doesn’t need to push — it rests in calmness, in the quiet patience of knowing when to act and when to wait.

Question for reflection:

Is your patience rooted in calmness, or in resisting what’s here right now?

Scented experience:

Create a simple massage oil: Mix 20 drops of Sweet Orange into 30 ml of carrier oil (or 1 drop into 1 tablespoon). Massage gently into your lower abdomen for 5 minutes. Sweet Orange has a ‘harmonizing’ effect, meaning when applied it both calms the nervous system and boosts cheerfulness, reflecting how powerful energy arises from inner calmness.

I choose authenticity over strategy.

Imperfect, visible, and raw. Choose your honest truth over a polished manipulation.

Question for reflection:

Where are you acting in a way to control how others respond, instead of being fully yourself?

Scented experience:

Patchouli – grounding, earthy, even a little sensual. It steadies the mind when it drifts into overthinking, strategizing, or trying to control others. Place a drop on your wrist and let the aroma remind you to act with clarity and honesty, rather than analyzing the “smartest” move.

HEALING

I deserve care.

The most important corner to take care of is your own. You create it, and you rest in it. Like a little nook, it’s not about big gestures but about giving yourself that safe space, made by you, for you.

Question for reflection:

What’s one small way you can care for yourself today?

Scented experience:

Apply a nourishing face mask and add a drop of Geranium oil. Geranium naturally tones the skin and brings a nourished, glowing feeling. Its scent supports a sense of self-love.

I am rooted in my own rhythm.

There is an inner source with a natural flow. When you stop rushing to keep up with others, you can feel it guiding your own rhythm. Think of walking in the city — how often do you adjust your pace to someone in front of you, instead of just walking in your own tempo?

Question for reflection:

Where in your life are you trying to keep up with someone else’s pace instead of following your own?

Scented experience:

Massage a drop of Vetiver, diluted in a bit of body lotion, into your feet and walk barefoot for a couple of minutes. Vetiver is grounding and centering, bringing a sense of security. Extracted from deep, aromatic roots, it can support us the way roots support the plant.

I free myself from fear-driven reactions by becoming aware of them.

Fear often makes us react from the shadow — the part of us that acts on impulse instead of choice. But fear isn’t who you are. Awareness gives you the space to step out of the darkness and respond differently.

Question for reflection:

Where do you react from your shadow side instead of your calm, reflective self?

Scented experience:

Keep a bottle of Clary Sage nearby and inhale when fear or anger rises. Its name itself speaks of clarity and healing. It has similar calming properties like Lavender, but it also clears the mind and softens impulsive emotional intensity. Instead of getting stuck in negativity, it helps you step back and choose a response rather than a reaction.

I rest my body when it tells me to rest.

Read your own body language. It’s harder than words — you actually have to listen.

Question for reflection:

Are you tired? How can you embrace a moment of rest today?

Scented experience:

Drop 3 drops of Pine or Siberian Fir on the shower floor, then turn on the hot water. As the steam rises and warm water runs over you, let your body relax. A moment of forest rest, just for yourself.

I embrace time alone to self-regulate.

Alone time should feel sheltered, but still open and expansive. It’s not about isolating yourself, but about creating a space where you can regulate, breathe, and feel restored. The difference is whether solitude leaves you nourished or drained.

Question for reflection:

Are you aware of how you use your alone time? Does it feel like an open space that restores you, or more like a closed-off space that leaves you empty?

Scented experience:

Take a walk in nature or a park and notice the scents around you — damp moss, pine, autumn leaves, grass, wild flowers, sea breeze? Close your eyes, breathe it in, and let the aromas fill your body.

I am healing my own wounds.

One of the hardest things you’ll ever do is heal alone. Sitting with grief, staying in the discomfort, instead of trying to fill the void with distractions or others. Your private cave might feel dark and painful, but it’s also where you become whole.

Question for reflection:

Where are you distracting yourself right now, instead of staying with what you actually feel?

Scented experience:

Before bed, massage a few drops of a blend with Copaiba and Lavender onto your chest. Copaiba nurtures the body like resin healing a tree, while Lavender calms the nervous system for deep, restful sleep — the foundation of healing. Together, they support both body and heart.

Sleep oil: 30 ml Sesame Seed oil with 8 drops Copaiba and 12 drops Lavender (~ 2,5% dilution)

I embody what i need in the moment.

Sometimes we need to hide, sometimes we need to be seen. The body signals what’s right in the moment.

Question for reflection:

Are you listening to what your body needs, or letting your mind choose instead?

Scented experience:

Make a simple scented bath salt and let your body soak in what it needs. Eucalyptus clears the mind, Cypress supports transitions, Lavender calms, and Lemon refreshes. What you expose your body to — food, products, images, words — it absorbs.

Bath salt recipe: 16 oz (1,5 cups) Sea salt with a tablespoon of Sweet almond oil, 5 drops Eucalyptus, 8 drops Cypress, 7 drops Lavender, and 6 drops Lemon.

I fill my own cup.

The most important well to take care of is your own. If it runs dry, exhaustion and overwhelm creep into everything else.

Question for reflection:

Where do you rely on others or things to feel whole?

Scented experience:

Ylang Ylang, distilled from the flower, supports self-love, compassion, and inner trust. It’s known to release endorphins, calm the body, and at the same time enhance alertness. It’s also a natural aphrodisiac.

For a soothing chest compress, add 5 drops to warm (not boiling) water, soak a cloth, wring gently, and place it on your chest. Breathe in the aroma for 2 minutes, repeating 3–4 times.

RELATION

I have a big heart.

Never underestimate the power of your heart. A smile, a kind word, or a small act of warmth can mean the world to someone.

Question for reflection:

Who in your life might need the warmth of your heart today?

Scented experience:

Buy or pick some flowers and give them to a friend, a neighbor, or a loved one. Flowers are symbols of presence and compassion. We offer them in times of joy, sorrow, apology, and celebration. They speak when words can’t.

I choose people that choose me.

The power of being reflected and chosen back is undeniable. And when someone doesn’t choose you, it’s an invitation to choose yourself. That’s where you win.

Question for reflection:

When others don’t choose you, do you choose yourself, or try to win them over and lose yourself?

Scented experience:

Make a cup of Chamomile tea and inhale the steam before sipping. Chamomile soothes when you feel sensitive or misunderstood. Finding your people takes time — let go of those who don’t choose you, so you make space for the ones who do.

I allow discomfort in being unpopular without needing to defend myself.

Don’t compromise yourself just because you fear other people’s sharp boundaries. Their edges are theirs — they don’t have to become yours.

Question for reflection:

Where can you speak less and be more convincing by doing that? Clarity may be unpopular, but it attracts the right people.

Scented experience:

Before a challenging conversation, diffuse a few drops of Bergamot. Its uplifting scent eases social anxiety and stress, helping you enter the situation with a calmer, more confident mindset.

I honor my own needs without having to justify them.

Compassionate strength sometimes means refusing to bend just to be understood. It can feel hard not to fill the silence after voicing a need, but you don’t have to explain yourself to make it valid.

Question for reflection:

When do you start over-explaining instead of simply standing by what you need?

Scented experience:

Your needs are valid. Blend 3 drops Frankincense (grounding), 4 drops Bergamot (stress-relieving), and 4 drops Sweet Orange (uplifting) in 15 ml Jojoba oil. Massage behind your ears as a reminder to stay steady in the vulnerability of voicing your needs.

I inspire and provoke.

Growth isn’t neutral. When you bloom fully, your honesty and presence will either inspire or provoke — and that’s better than blending in.

Question for reflection:

Are you afraid of reactions? Speaking your truth beats staying neutral.

Scented experience:

Place a drop of Ginger on your wrist and inhale deeply. Its heat boosts confidence and decisiveness, helping you show up bold and unapologetic.

I am not responsible for other’s choices.

It’s not your job to control, protect, or heal others. Loosen the grip — their path is theirs, not yours.

Question for reflection:

Whom are you trying to protect or heal, and why?

Scented experience:

Massage a drop of Peppermint oil onto your temples. Its refreshing clear scent eases tension (especially headaches) and sharpens your focus, helping you mind your own business.

I am enough with everything I am. I don’t need to chase recognition.

You will never be perfect. Let it go. Your most magnetic self is the unpolished one. Nothing to chase. What’s meant for you will find you.

Question for reflection:

Where are you performing to get what you want, instead of simply being it?

Scented experience:

Trace a thin line of Cypress oil (diluted in carrier oil) along the outside of your arms, from shoulders to wrists. Cypress is linked with grounding, stability, and protection, and this simple gesture helps you feel and anchor your boundaries.

I dare to be seen for everything I stand for.

What you stand for is your power. Let your secret weapon be visible.

Question for reflection:

Where can you move through shame and share your opinions, dreams, and fears more clearly?

Scented experience:

Mist your favorite perfume over your collarbones. Let yourself be fully seen, and let the scent mark your presence.
