The Treat - An Aroma and Yoga Retreat in Lofoten

  • Lyngværstua 71 Valhallveien Kleppstad, Nordland, 8313 Norway (map)

Step away from the noise and into a space designed for bodily awareness and sensory connection.

The Treat is a four-day aroma-based yoga retreat for those seeking a break from the hustle, a chance to reconnect with oneself, and a space to feel deeply nourished in a beautiful, serene environment. Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Lofoten Islands, we gather around nourishing food and soak in wild nature.

At The Treat, we move between states—between sweat and surrender, stimulation and stillness, flow and rest. Through a careful curation of embodied practices, we explore scent as a portal to presence, combining yoga flows, relaxation and deep rest practices, workshops, meditation, journaling and reflection sessions.
